Church Notes — "Down with the Saloons"

Corner Center and Blaine streets, Rev. A. H. Roebuck, Pastor. Sunday school, 9:30 a. m., William Rank, Superintendent; H. N. Henney, Assistant Superintendent. Lesson, "Wanderings in the Decapolis," Mark 7:31-37. Is Bible study worth while? Then come and spend an hour with us in that study. The Rechabite's teacher, Rev. Roebuck, wants to meet all members at the meeting. Let this be the banner collection class.

Morning service, 10.30 a. m. Sermon by the pastor, "Victory In Jesus." Let the inspiration of the Holy Spirit be within all.

Epworth League, 6:00 p. m. The lesson will be on temperance and let every one make it a talk and song service for the cause. Will Rank will serve as leader.

The evening service will be what we make it to ourselves. Down with the saloons and up with the white rose of purity. Preaching at 7:00 p. m., by the pastor.

A business meeting of the Epworth League will be held Tuesday, at 1:00 p. m. A nice program will be rendered and all members of our league and of all other young people's societies are invited to attend.
