In Local Pulpits

Galveston, Texas, 1938

Dr. Harold L. Fickett, pastor of First Baptist Church, will continue h is series of sermons on the status of the believer after death at evening services at his church tomorrow. His subject tomorrow night will be "The Believer Between Death and Resurrection."

Douglas Corrigan, trans-Atlantic flier who is now in Galveston, will be the subject of the evening sermon by Rev. J. R. Hillman, pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, tomorrow night. The title of the sermon is "Corrigan's Smile Demonstrates Worth of Christ's Philosophy."
