Rattles win no battles.

Man is dust but still divine.

No man ever found fame by looking for it.

Only the needy are known at the Bank of Faith.

The soul is the mainspring of the human time-piece.

Holiness on earth is better than innocence in Eden.

The fear of the reaping is not repentance for the sowing.

Persecution may be the pathway, but glory is the goal.

Nothing is so disappointing as the effort to be good without God.

Religion can be no more a Sunday coat than can honesty or truth.

The unchanging Christ is the secret of the Christian who is ever being changed into His likeness.
